More than 200 Cornerstone Partners and friends gathered at Oakland Hills Country Club on Monday, August 29th for the 8th Annual Cadillac Turning Point Invitational.  A superb day of golf was followed by an outstanding dinner, exciting live auction and a performance by local country band Annabelle Road.

Our deepest thanks go to event co-chairs Ashley & K.C. Crain and Liz & Joel Ewanick.  They worked tirelessly to reach the goal of “$1M in one day.”  We are pleased to announce that the event netted over $1.1M.  These funds will help complete the first phase of construction at the new Cornerstone Leadership and Business High School.

We are grateful as well to our title sponsor Cadillac, and the pros of the LPGA, the Ladies European Tour, the CN Canadian Tour, the Duramed Futures Tour and the Ladies Asian Golf Tour who golfed with event participants.  Their participation made the day even more exciting!

It was a perfect day for golf and an excellent day for Cornerstone!  We look forward to next year’s event.
